"Rainbow" Program - Supporting city halls in improving the appearance of public facilities, parks and public areas

Program targets:

  • Renovating existing children playgrounds location and public parks
  • Allowing the city hall to maximize the budget by allowing special credit program with medium/long term reimbursement
  • Design, Planning & Constructing of new public areas
  • Creating large impact –an immediate life changing element for the citizens
  • Using new & modern equipment regulated by the EU directives
  • Recruiting the needed credit frame for financing the project
  • Creating large impact for the city appearance and promote EU standards
  • Assisting the city halls in creating long term planning for the public parks added values and incomes


Eligible Costs:

  • Park facilities for children (playground) – Construction / Renovation / Equipment
  • Outdoor Public Sport courts – basketball, mini soccer… – Construction / Renovation / Equipment
  • Outdoor Public fitness facilities in parks(uncovered) – Construction / Renovation / Equipment
  • Outdoor Public sitting areas (benches, tables…) – Construction / Renovation / Equipment
